We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer who thrives at the intersection of software engineering, LLM systems, and applied AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python.
• Build and optimize LLM-based systems using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and open-source models.
• Develop and maintain LiteLLM integrations and multi-model routing architectures.
• Design prompt engineering frameworks and evaluation pipelines.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases.
• Implement semantic search, embeddings, reranking, and retrieval strategies.
• Fine-tune, train, and evaluate language models when required.
• Develop AI agents, autonomous workflows, and orchestration systems.
• Create scalable APIs and backend services supporting AI applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into AI solutions.
• Monitor, test, and continuously improve model performance and reliability.
• Contribute to AI architecture decisions, technical standards, and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong experience building applications with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with LiteLLM in production environments.
• Proven expertise in prompt engineering and LLM optimization.
• Experience building RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Strong knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, or Milvus.
• Experience working with embedding models and semantic search.
• Familiarity with model evaluation, benchmarking, and observability.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, APIs, and cloud deployments.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
