Senior AI / ML Engineer (Remote | upto 600k)

Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer who can not only build and deploy AI solutions but also represent our technical capabilities in front of North American clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both deep technical work and client-facing discussions, including technical interviews, solution walkthroughs, and pre-sales support.

You will work remotely with international clients, primarily in the US and Canada, helping design, implement, and scale AI-driven systems across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions from data ingestion to production
• Work with LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and predictive models
• Participate in technical interviews and discovery calls with North American clients
• Clearly explain complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Support pre-sales and client onboarding, contributing to deal closures (commission-based)
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams remotely
• Ensure models are scalable, secure, and production-ready
• Improve and maintain MLOps pipelines and model monitoring

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI / Machine Learning
• Strong experience with Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
• Proven experience conducting technical interviews or client calls with North American clients
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience explaining AI solutions to business and non-technical audiences
• Strong understanding of model deployment, APIs, and cloud platforms
