We are looking for an AI-first engineer who thinks beyond traditional software development.
This role is focused on building intelligent systems, AI agents, workflow automations, and operational copilots that improve speed, efficiency, and decision-making across products and internal operations.
We are intentionally not restricting this role to a specific programming language, framework, or tech stack. What matters most is your ability to solve problems using AI effectively, automate complex workflows, and rapidly turn ideas into working systems.
You should be comfortable working with LLMs, AI agents, orchestration tools, APIs, automations, and modern engineering workflows.
If you naturally think:
- “This can be automated”
- “An AI agent can handle this”
- “Why are humans doing repetitive work manually?”
…then this role is likely a strong fit for you.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build AI-native products, internal tools, and intelligent workflows
- Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, task execution, decision-making, and integrations
- Build automations across business functions such as HR, operations, engineering, support, sales, and recruitment
- Integrate LLMs and AI services into real-world production systems
- Create multi-step workflows using orchestration platforms and APIs
- Rapidly prototype and ship AI-powered solutions
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and intelligent tooling
- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
- Experiment with new AI models, frameworks, and tools
- Optimize AI systems for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency
- Contribute to AI strategy, architecture, and future product direction
What We’re Looking For
We care more about your thinking and execution ability than your exact stack.
You may be a fit if you:
- Have experience building AI agents, automations, or AI-powered applications
- Understand LLM workflows, prompt engineering, context management, and tool usage
- Can connect systems using APIs, webhooks, databases, and workflow engines
- Have hands-on experience with automation/orchestration tools
- Are comfortable learning new technologies quickly
- Think in systems, not just isolated code
- Can independently convert business problems into automated solutions
- Have strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Can work in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
- Are highly execution-focused
Nice to Have
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- AI agent frameworks
- n8n, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI SDKs, MCP, or similar ecosystems
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Vector databases
- Multi-agent systems
- AI workflow orchestration
- Python, TypeScript, Go, or any backend language
- Cloud platforms and serverless infrastructure
- DevOps or infrastructure automation
- Product thinking and startup experience
How We Evaluate Candidates
We are less interested in degrees and more interested in:
- Real projects
- Systems you’ve built
- AI workflows you’ve automated
- Your thinking process
- Your ability to execute quickly
- Curiosity and experimentation mindset
Show us things you have actually built.
GitHub profiles, demos, portfolio links, workflows, experiments, or case studies are highly encouraged.
