Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with strong expertise in building, deploying, and scaling ML solutions for SaaS and enterprise applications. The role involves designing end-to-end ML pipelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable ML-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise machine learning models for enterprise solutions.
• Build production-ready ML pipelines for training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver ML features.
• Ensure systems meet scalability, performance, and security standards.
• Mentor team members and uphold best practices in ML engineering.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in ML engineering/software development.
• Expertise in ML techniques (classification, regression, clustering, recommendations).
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with data processing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop).
• Knowledge of CI/CD, testing, and version control.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD in CS, ML, or related) preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong system design and architecture knowledge.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
