What You will Do:

• Pilot next-generation technologies solving problems traditional programming struggles with by utilizing Gen AI or other machine learning techniques
• Experience in building or maintaining RAG solutions
• Experience in developing with Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs SDKs or APIs
• Design and manage ETL pipelines on cloud platforms (preference for AWS)
• Utilize tools like Airflow to orchestrate tasks and Cloud Watch to manage notifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision making, ensuring alignment of machine learning projects with our strategic business goals
• Develop containerized applications to improve data accuracy, accessibility, and reliability through customized Python solutions
• Contribute to data governance workflow, improving data quality, standardizing definitions, training, and onboarding data stewards to own their teams' KPIs
• AI Engineer/ ML Engineer with python or typescript. They should have knowledge of DE. and some knowledge in aws or some cloud.
• Assess and integrate open-source tools, orchestration frameworks, context management solutions, and vector databases.
• rapidly build prototypes to evaluate architecture

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on machine learning operations
• Proficiency in developing ETL pipelines and architecting big data solutions
• Expertise in one cloud platform and a proven record of working on at least one project end to end
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
• A passion for innovation, driven by a desire to push the boundaries of what's possible with technology in an ambiguous environment
• designing and delivering NLP or LLM-based systems, with knowledge of multi-modal and agentic AI frameworks
• Understanding how to context engineer with or without a framework
• Prior work in designing user-facing AI features or tools
• Experience in building APIs and sharing data between teams
• experience as a backend or full stack dev preferably in Python or Typescript
• Hands-on experience with cloud services and containerization technologies

Pay Range: $95000-$105000

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
