Senior Algorithmic Trading Developer (MT4 / MT5 / Pine Script / NinjaTrader 8)

We are looking for an experienced Algorithmic Trading Developer with strong expertise in:

• ✅ MetaTrader 4 (MQL4)
• ✅ MetaTrader 5 (MQL5)
• ✅ TradingView Pine Script
• ✅ NinjaTrader 8 (C# / NinjaScript)

We are looking for someone who can immediately contribute to live client projects and complex trading systems.

== Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Expert Advisors (EAs), Indicators, and Scripts in MT4/MT5
• Convert strategies between platforms (MT4 ↔ MT5 ↔ TradingView ↔ NinjaTrader 8)
• Develop custom indicators and automated systems in Pine Script
• Build and optimize strategies in NinjaTrader 8
• Debug and improve existing trading systems
• Implement risk management, trade management, and order execution logic
• Work with APIs, trade copiers, and advanced automation logic
• Optimize strategies for speed, efficiency, and broker compatibility

== Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in algorithmic trading development
• Strong command of:
• MQL4 / MQL5
• Pine Script
• C# (for NinjaTrader 8)
• Deep understanding of:
• Order types (Market, Limit, Stop)
• Hedging vs Netting
• Slippage, spread, execution models
• Backtesting and optimization
• Experience with complex logic (ATR, multi-timeframe, partial closing, breakeven, trailing, etc.)
• Ability to read and modify existing codebases

== Preferred (Bonus Skills)

• Experience with trade copiers
• API integrations (REST/WebSocket)
• Experience with multi-account management
• Knowledge of broker execution behavior
• Experience with performance optimization
