About the Role

As our Amazon E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our Amazon operations across the European marketplaces.

You will manage product listings, advertising campaigns, SEO strategy, PPC performance, and oversee a team to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven Amazon experience
• Strong English communication skills (mandatory)
• Advanced knowledge of:
• Amazon product listing optimization
• Amazon SEO & keyword ranking strategies
• PPC campaign management
• Product launches
• Inventory planning & account health
• Leadership skills with experience managing a team
• Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills
• Self-driven, responsible, and growth-oriented personality

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Amazon accounts across Europe (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL etc.)
• Optimize listings for conversion and ranking
• Create, manage, and scale PPC campaigns
• Improve organic ranking through SEO strategies
• Lead and coordinate the Amazon team
• Monitor profitability, ACOS, TACOS, margins, and growth KPIs
• Expand into new marketplaces and product opportunities
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies
