Senior Analyst

1. Good written and verbal skills in English. No technical skills required.
2. Primary role will be to coordinate with various other teams in the client organization and route tickets to the correct queue.
3. Telecom domain knowledge is an added advantage
4. Freshers or people with 3-5 years of experience
5. Shifts will run 24x7 in eClerx Airoli office in shifts. So, these candidates will need to be prepared for it.
