The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for induction sessions including scheduling, materials, facilitators, and technology platforms.
  • Ensure alignment of onboarding content with organizational values, policies, and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, hiring managers, IT, and facilities to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey.
  • Collect feedback from new hires and stakeholders to identify gaps and improve onboarding processes.
  • Ensure all onboarding activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Leverage HR systems and onboarding platforms to automate workflows and enhance user experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in onboarding and employee induction roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and onboarding platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
