KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all HR matters including talent planning, performance, and retention
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle — onboarding, engagement, performance reviews, and exit
Drive attrition analysis and implement proactive retention strategies
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with policy and legal frameworks
Partner on DEI initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture
Support background verification (BGV) processes and ensure compliance
Collaborate with CoEs (L&D, Talent Acquisition, Comp & Ben) to deliver HR programs effectively
Prepare and present HR metrics, dashboards, and insights to leadership
Champion change management and organizational transformation efforts
