Senior Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all HR matters including talent planning, performance, and retention

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle — onboarding, engagement, performance reviews, and exit

  • Drive attrition analysis and implement proactive retention strategies

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with policy and legal frameworks

  • Partner on DEI initiatives and foster an inclusive workplace culture

  • Support background verification (BGV) processes and ensure compliance

  • Collaborate with CoEs (L&D, Talent Acquisition, Comp & Ben) to deliver HR programs effectively

  • Prepare and present HR metrics, dashboards, and insights to leadership

  • Champion change management and organizational transformation efforts
