The Senior Analyst, Business Analysis and Insights, plays a critical role in delivering accurate, data-driven analysis to support strategic business decisions. This position involves evaluating financial data, key performance indicators, and trends to provide actionable insights and expert guidance. Collaborating with internal and external partners, the role ensures consistent reporting and effective use of analytical tools to enhance business processes and compliance. About the team:
The Transaction Management & Insights team ensures effective transaction execution within Facility Services by applying structured processes and delivering reliable outcomes. The team supports Facilities leadership with data-driven analysis and clear communication, providing actionable insights through business intelligence tools and key performance indicators. Focused on operational efficiency and compliance, the team collaborates closely to offer expert guidance and innovative solutions. Their efforts enhance decision-making, promote accuracy, and standardize work practices across the organization, minimizing rework and driving continuous improvement in business operations.
What you'll do:- Analyze and validate data accuracy by comparing internal and external sources, budgets, and actual results.

Develop and maintain financial models, key performance indicators, and metrics to evaluate business trends and risks.

Provide data-driven insights and reports to support strategic decision-making and business operations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align analytical approaches and deliver consistent, actionable recommendations.

Manage documentation, workflows, and controls to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Utilize business intelligence tools to extract, consolidate, and present relevant data for reporting purposes.

Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and adapting to evolving business needs.
What you'll bring:- Proven expertise in data analysis, modeling, and business intelligence to support strategic decision-making.

Strong proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for effective data visualization and reporting.

Experience documenting business requirements and evaluating key performance indicators to drive business insights.

Knowledge of business processes and operations with the ability to identify improvement opportunities.

Certification or recognized knowledge aligned with International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) standards.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate complex data findings clearly and accurately.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
