This role shapes how talent experiences the brand across communications, events, workplace environments and digital platforms and is central to building a cohesive and impactful brand identity for WGT in India.
What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities
Brand stewardship and creative partnership

Serve as the brand steward for WGT in India, ensuring consistent application of the brand across India-wide communication campaigns, events and other touchpoints

Partner with the WGT Communications team and cross-functional stakeholders in India on conceptualizing, developing and delivering creative campaigns spanning technology, culture and workplace themes to bring our brand story to life

Partner with the global brand team to stay aligned with global guidelines and advise stakeholders on brand compliance and best practices

Manage digital and physical brand assets and merchandise for Walmart Global Tech in India
Video production

Help elevate our brand through high-quality creative visual storytelling working in close partnership with the WGT Communications Team in India

Manage day-to-day engagement with partner agencies and collaborate with the Communications Team and stakeholders to seamlessly plan and execute video shoots including handling logistics and permissions

Conceptualize shoots, create and review storyboards and scripts and oversee end-to-end production to ensure alignment with the storytelling objective, brand voice, messaging and visual language

Shoot, edit and produce videos including developing motion graphics and animation, as needed
Graphic design
Deliver high-quality visual experiences with strong attention to detail and brand integrity:

Internal channels: Create assets for internal communications across digital and physical channels, for day-to-day needs and campaigns

Events: Design and curate creative assets for all India-wide internal and external events (as needed), including, visual language, digital signage and supporting videos

Experiences: Provide review and advisory support on workplace branding and experience zones (as needed), across India locations

Merchandise: Own and manage the brand store for India-wide programs

Reviews: Support teams across the site in reviewing brand assets and collateral

Toolkits: Create DIY toolkits to enable scaling of design support and improve efficiencies

Processes: Manage the cadence and experience of our internal onsite digital experience channel
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, multimedia or a related field
-
Five to eight years of experience in graphic design, video production and branding
-
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both static design and motion graphics
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects) or comparable tools

Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders

Experience with workplace branding or merchandise design is a plus
