What You Will Do

The Senior Analyst FP&A will support the overall forecasting, planning and analysis activities for designated stakeholders within the local Business Unit Finance (BUF) groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of specific areas of the financial statements. The areas covered are often complex in nature and require process expertise and detailed understanding of each area. Areas include:
    • Support Commercial Support Manager in all elements of forecasting, planning, and reporting.
    • Assist in business partnering with local Finance teams.
    • Work with BUF teams for accurate and timely update & recording of P&L/Balance sheet and headcount plans in OneStream.
    • Utilize Power BI or self-serve reporting platforms to assist in preparing monthly performance decks and BP/Forecast decks for regional reviews, adding first-line commentary.
    • Prepare ad hoc reporting & performance analytics – GP analysis, Price volume, BVA’s.
    • Execute monthly sales rolling forecast process – Volume ASPs etc.
    • SG&A planning and direct business partnering with stakeholders.
    • Build bottom-up compensation plans for all commercial groups in conjunction with BUF and Compensation Planning CoE.
    • Liaise with Business Unit Finance and FP&A systems teams to ensure efficient reporting through automation and standardisation.
    • Understand tax model structure for FP&A entities.
  • Establish Budget baseline by performing statistical trend analysis.
  • Participate in ad hoc / continuous improvement projects including documentation review and update.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree qualification.
  • 6 to 10 years’ work experience.

Desired Qualifications

  • Financial certification, with significant post-qualified financial experience.
  • Strong accounting background.
  • Knowledge of SAP, Excel, OneStream.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent spoken and written English essential.
