HR Information Systems & Data Management

Serve as the data management specialist for HR, overseeing the organization, validation, quality and retrieval of HR data within the HRIS.
- Maintain and update employee data, including new joiners, contract renewals and amendments, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Reporting & Analytics

Prepare HR dashboards, KPIs and standard reports for monthly, quarterly and annual management use.
- Provide ad-hoc HR data and MIS support for internal stakeholders (e.g., audit, insurance, budgeting, due diligence, etc.).
- Act as the focal point for the Group HR monthly reporting process, coordinating inputs from relevant HR units.
Onboarding & HR Process Support

Ensure timely capturing of new employee data in HRIS in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Serve as the central recipient of personnel action forms and ensure alignment between documentation and HRIS records.
Records Management & Confidentiality

Act as HURE Records Management Champion, liaising with HR Units to ensure proper access controls and confidentiality of HR information.
- Uphold data integrity, confidentiality and compliance with HR records governance frameworks.
Compliance & Audit

Monitor and validate data accuracy and support internal and external audit processes as the key contact for payroll and personnel data requests.
- Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards, data protection policies and confidentiality protocols.
Other Duties

Liaise with IT for any HRIS escalations related to data correction.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
-
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field from a recognised institution.
- A relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- A professional HR certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.
Years & Nature of Experience
-
A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Human Resources, preferably within HR Operations, HRIS administration, or HR data/analytics roles.
- Proven experience working with HR data management and reporting tools.
- Exposure to SAP and SuccessFactors is critical; familiarity with other HRIS platforms (e.g. Oracle, Workday) is an advantage.
- Strong experience in managing HR records and ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Prior experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, or data assurance processes is desirable.

- Ability to interpret and present HR data clearly and logically to non-technical audiences.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple HR units.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken); knowledge of French, Arabic, or Portuguese is an added advantage.
- Ability to function in a multicultural, fast-paced and change-oriented environment.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
