Senior Analyst - Investment Banking

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial models and analysis to support investment banking transactions
• Conduct industry and market research and analyze data to support transaction analysis
• Create pitchbooks and presentations for clients
• Participate in client meetings and calls to present analysis and financial models
• Assist with due diligence and review legal documents and financial statements
• Manage administrative tasks and deadlines as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field
• Strong financial modeling skills and experience using Excel
• Ability to conduct industry and market research and analyze data effectively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines
