KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
# Prepare & execute studies & surveys aimed at measuring the opinions, satisfaction rates, needs & expectations of all stakeholder categories with respect to the services rendered by RTA.
# Study, analyze & follow up on the information obtained through the surveys feedback that pinpoints the satisfaction levels of all stakeholder categories, and coordinating with the concerned departments in setting the appropriate plans to meet the needs & expectations of stakeholders based on the surveys results.
# Create customer satisfaction reports for internal and external measurements.
# Prepare and develop studies pertaining to the development of stakeholders' relations through considering the best international practices and standards.
# Identify business needs or opportunities & develop solutions to business problems through customer & stakeholder contacts and conduct strategic market & operational research.
# Perform other related responsibilities related to the position as appropriate
# Carry out comprehensive stakeholder data trend analysis and drive improvements within and across all the directorates concerned with stakeholder relations.

Strictly Adhere to RTA Information Security policies, procedures, and processes.

Strictly follow the Information Security data sharing guidelines for all internal and external data transfers. Manager

Immediately report any Information Security incidents to your line manager and IT support for prompt guidance and resolution.

Actively participate in all assigned Information Security training and awareness sessions to enhance your knowledge and address potential Information Security risks.

Always comply with instructions and guidance provided by your line manager in line to the Information Security requirements.

# Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Public relation/ Management Information Systems from a recognized university
