Senior Analyst – Platform Engineering (IT)

The Senior Analyst - System Operations (Platform Engineering) will design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure, develop CI/CD pipelines, manage observability tools, and automate resources using Infrastructure as Code. They will ensure system availability, security, and compliance, troubleshoot technical issues, and stay updated with industry trends.

Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure across multi-cloud and on-premise environments.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment and scaling of applications and infrastructure.

Implement and manage observability tools to monitor system performance, detect anomalies, and ensure high availability.

Utilize Infrastructure as Code to automate the provisioning and management of resources.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for system architecture, security, and compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, applications, and services.

Participate in on-call rotations and respond to system incidents as needed.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain efficient infrastructure.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in platform engineering, system administration, or a related role.
