Senior Analyst- Regulatory Compliance and Execution

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to support the management of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) aspects of Clariant products across their entire life cycle. This role involves close collaboration with both upstream and downstream users to ensure compliance, safety, and continuous improvement in line with global standards.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and maintain product safety data within SAP systems.
  • Provide regulatory support to stakeholders in line with harmonized practices.
  • Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory requirements and assess their impact on Clariant’s portfolio.
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization and enhancement of global processes.
  • Participate in efficiency improvement projects and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth, timely execution of operational requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret regulatory and legal texts for business implications.
  • Stay updated on dynamic regulatory developments and adapt to changing process requirements.
  • Support various process areas as needed to ensure organizational agility.

Requirements

  • At least a Master's degree in Chemistry
  • 4–5 years of experience in Product Stewardship
  • Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience working with SAP EH&S and WINS modules (preferred).
  • Knowledge and experience in managing regulatory requirements for finished goods, raw materials, and transport safety.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong team player
  • Proactive with a high-level of attention to detail
