Interview Process

• Walk-in interviews at Bangalore plus Virtual Interviews for Outstation candidates.
• Selected out-station candidates would need to relocate to Bangalore at their own expense.

Key Requirements

• Excellent spoken English communication skills
• Experience in Insurance / BFSI voice processes within an international BPO is highly preferred
• Working knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage
• Ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
• Willingness to work US rotational shifts from office in Bangalore
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
