Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Senior Analyst – Service Support Associate to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Health Insurance, with hands-on exposure to policy lifecycle management, renewals, and benefits support. The associate will act as the primary point of contact for the branch and ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the branch
• Manage end-to-end policy lifecycle support and renewal activities
• Provide benefits advisory services and resolve queries efficiently
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of renewal tasks
• Ensure adherence to Health Insurance regulations, standards, and guidelines
• Identify risks/issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain documentation and service quality
• Work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Solid understanding of the Health Insurance domain
• Proactive approach to problem-solving

Qualifications

• Graduate with minimum 4 years of experience in Health Insurance or BFSI international customer service
• 15 years of formal education (10+2+3) is mandatory
• Insurance certification is an added advantage (not mandatory)
• Experience in onboarding/transition processes is beneficial
