Senior Analyst – Strategy & Business Development

Provide business & financial modelling analysis and administrative support to assist the Strategy & Business Development Division in developing company short, medium, and long-range strategic plans and executing strategic initiatives and business development plans.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and feasibility studies for business cases for special & strategic projects and initiatives assigned by top management.
• Provide financial and commercial analysis for business development opportunities and other projects to support the company’s decision-making processes with exposure to various real estate asset classes.
• Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales, and methods of operation.
• Remain fully informed on market trends, other party research, and implement best practices
• Develop business cases, development briefs and business plans for identified priority developments, suitable for securing internal approvals, financing, and investment.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to prepare feasibilities and research department marketing materials.
• Coordinate with support services cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial special and strategic projects and initiatives, defined timelines and objectives.
