The Talent Business Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Talent Business Advisors and Business Analysts on-shore (In US) in the delivery of strategic solutions and services to the business. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, capable of handling multiple priorities at once, and who can flourish in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

As a Business Analyst you will help to foster change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned with the firm’s culture in the following ways:

• Proactively deliver value added metrics using appropriate tools that can be translated into meaningful information by Business advisors to help provide creative solutions on business issues; leverage analytics to break down internal and external factors influencing the business.
• Manages the analysis and evaluation of data related to Talent programs and processes as directed by the Business Advisors
• Supports the Business Advisor to identify key Talent trends the business is facing and help present the data in a meaningful way (spreadsheets, PPs, meetings)
• Support Business Advisors in Collaborating with various COEs & CTS to ensure effective service delivery across the Talent channels (e.g. Deployment, Total Rewards, Acquisition, Development, CTS)
• Closely monitor the growth numbers, attrition trends, hiring order boards, skill set requirements and provide inputs on external market trend to help business forecast short term and long term headcount/skill needs

The Team

Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional’s engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the Business Advisory team, you will work with our business leaders, foster change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned with the firm’s culture

Qualifications:

Education:

Required :

• Education : Graduate/MBA or Equivalent Degree
• Experience Required: 3-5 relevant years

Preferred Skills:

• Share best practices both internal and external pertaining to the HR function
• Strong technical skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros), PP, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Business acumen and analytical skills
• Study external industry best practices through research articles, newsletters related to talent management/retention, changes in business operating model that can be adopted by business.
• Support Business Advisors to Serve as a cultural steward by collaborating with the Business Advisor to develop communications regarding Talent strategies, programs and services
• Work with business leaders and FSS communications team to establish regular cadence/calendar of talent communications
• Good knowledge of technology trends, analytics, compensation and benefits
• Strong marketing, brand building and negotiation skills
• Proactive identify trends / anticipate issues by observing various aspects of the organization including the current workforce mix, leverage ratios, career progression of professionals, compensation strategy, development needs to offer the right solution to client
• Provide insights on potential business implications by identifying trends/patterns from historical data such as performance management, compensation and help build action plans with improvements/refinements
