Senior Analyst, Talent Management

Key Responsibilities:

Apply in-depth knowledge and expertise in talent management to solve complex problems and contribute to the development of effective strategies.

Work independently, managing projects or tasks with minimal guidance, and contribute to broader project objectives as needed.

Lead or support specific project steps within a larger initiative, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering results.

Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience, providing guidance and support to help them navigate challenges.

Bring new perspectives to existing solutions, leveraging judgment and analysis of multiple information sources to solve problems and enhance processes.

Maintain a strong understanding of best practices in talent management and stay informed about market trends and competitive factors.

Impact a range of activities within the team and related departments, ensuring alignment with business priorities while adhering to broad guidelines and policies.

Effectively communicate complex or sensitive information, working to build consensus and understanding among stakeholders.

Manage ongoing activities or objectives, ensuring consistent progress and alignment with long-term business and talent management goals.

Actively contribute to the success of the talent management function by integrating insights and solutions across related teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in talent management, human resources, or a related field, with a focus on data analysis, project management, and process improvement.

Strong understanding of talent management practices, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, and retention strategies.

Proven ability to solve complex problems, using data analysis and judgment to develop innovative solutions.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal guidance, delivering results within set timelines.

Experience leading or contributing to projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Deep knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and how talent management integrates with broader business strategies.

Ability to mentor and support colleagues with less experience, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with HRIS or talent management software.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing ongoing tasks while contributing to strategic goals.

Professional certifications in talent management, human resources, or related fields (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
