JOB SUMMARY
The role has a regional scope and will cover reward processes across 10 countries in APAC EME.
This position will assist in developing key tasks in line with reward strategies and working together
with the countries as well as the HQ to design, implement and monitor reward programs. The
employee will execute of projects associated with annual compensation cycle and strive to
continuously improve reward policies and practices
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Support all countries in the APAC EME region like these countries but not limited to:VAustralia, China, India, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Singapore, Switzerland, Oman, UAE, etc

Support and execute programs in annual compensation cycle, mainly the performance management cycle, merit reviews, bonus payouts and long-term incentive plans.

Conduct Job Evaluations for new and existing positions within the Company if required

Conduct market benchmarking to ensure salary competitiveness including job evaluation and recommendation of effective job grade and competitive pay range

Support policy reviews by conducting analytical work as well as drafting and finalizing policy documents for publication.

Understand the local legislation of each country ensure our practices are in line with local market practices and legislation

Support all countries in the implementation short and long-term compensation practices

Manage and/or support the management of contracts related to compensation

Take ownership of the completion of market surveys for all countries

Support Mobility Team on analysis related to compensation for mobility matters

Advice HRBPs and employees on the interpretation of plan provisions and compensation related matters

Undertake any ad hoc requests and tasks as specified by the line manager
QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance or other relevant discipline.

Keen to explore reward and compensation functions within HR and opportunity to cover regional scope. Prior experience and exposure to Reward will be an advantage.

1 /2 years of relevant experience is advantageous but not a must
