Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Angular-Focused Full Stack Developer (MEAN Stack) to join our dynamic team.
This role emphasizes front-end development using Angular, while also involving backend development in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. You will play a key role in enhancing and maintaining our custom-built CRM platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development using Angular, including UI/UX implementation, component architecture, and performance optimization.
• Build responsive, interactive, and visually appealing web interfaces that align with design and usability standards.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver a seamless user experience.
• Develop and maintain backend logic and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Manage and optimize AWS services (Lambda, S3, EC2, etc.) for application scalability and reliability.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across frontend and backend systems.
• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices and modern standards.
• Collaborate closely with team members to deliver new features and improvements efficiently.
• Maintain project documentation and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and consistency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
• Strong command over Angular (v10+), including modules, components, services, RxJS, and state management.
• Proficiency in building responsive and dynamic UIs using HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
• Experience working with AWS services, particularly Lambda functions and S3.
• Strong database management skills using MongoDB.
• Excellent debugging, optimization, and performance-tuning skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities with a proactive attitude.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience developing or maintaining CRM platforms or enterprise-level systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
