Position Summary

Main responsibilities will include:

• Develop and animate 2D characters, props, and backgrounds based on storyboards, concept art, and creative briefs.
• Understand and accurately convey game character or objects personalities, expressions, and movements through animation.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in animation style and adherence to project guidelines.
• Create animatics, layout poses, and in-betweens to produce smooth and fluid character
  
  

animations.

• Participate in animation reviews and feedback sessions to refine and iterate on animations.
• Able to create effect layers like rays, glows, glints, and lightings on the given art to make the animation more attractive.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• 4+ years of experience in animation for films, television, video games, slot or mobile gaming industries or relevant.
• Strong knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe After Effects
• Strong knowledge in Spine 2D
• Strong understanding of animation principles, such as timing, spacing, squash and stretch, and anticipation.
• Strong knowledge in particle simulations, visual effects, and other physics dynamics.
• Blender 3D (optional)
• Digital Drawing skills (optional)
• BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) or relevant course
