Senior AP Manager

Seeking a motivated and eager individual to join accounts team of a multinational chartered accountancy firm in Suhar, Oman Industrial Area.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead and mentor the AP team to deliver accurate and timely results
• Oversee invoice processing, vendor payments, and employee expenses
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve escalated issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and audits
• Drive process improvements and AP automation initiatives

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of AP processes, ERP systems,
• SAP is not necessary but having knowledge is a plus
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Knows Concepts of accounting.

Experience:

• 6-7 years of progressive AP experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
