Job Title: Flutter Application Developer

Reporting to: Mobile Application Development Lead

Role Overview:

The Flutter Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using Flutter framework. This role involves building high-performance, user-friendly applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. The Mobile App Developer ensures applications are secure, responsive, and meet the evolving needs of users.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

● Write clean, modular, and reusable code while following best practices for mobile development.

● Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of mobile applications.

● Integrate mobile apps with backend services and APIs.

● Optimize mobile applications for maximum performance and scalability.

● Debug and resolve performance, usability, and technical issues within the mobile applications.

● Work with team members to plan, design, and engineer business requirements.

● Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

● Deploy and manage mobile applications.

Requirements & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

● Proven experience as a Mobile App Developer or in a similar role.

● Proficiency in Flutter framework

● Experience working with APIs and third-party libraries to integrate apps with external services.

● Strong understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.

● Knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and experience working with designers to create intuitive interfaces.

● Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs and mobile push notifications.

● Experience with performance and memory tuning for mobile applications.

● Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

● Proficiency in debugging and testing tools for mobile applications.

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for mobile applications

Working Hours & Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (On-site)
• Friday & Saturday: Off
• Sunday: Work from Home

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
