Flutter Engineer - Principal Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer with strong expertise in building and delivering high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in native mobile app development (Android/iOS) and cross-platform development using Flutter. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for delivering seamless mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Maintain and enhance existing mobile applications (both Flutter and native).
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize mobile applications for performance, usability, and scalability.
• Integrate with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs.
• Implement state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, GetX).
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile ceremonies.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, and mobile development trends.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of overall mobile app development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart.
• Strong understanding of iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) development.
• Experience with mobile app architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture, etc.).
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and mobile app security best practices.
• Familiarity with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics, Push Notifications).
• Hands-on experience with state management solutions (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, etc.).
• Published apps on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Experience with Flutter Web or Desktop apps.
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration in mobile apps (e.g., TensorFlow Lite, Core ML).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Understanding of DevOps & containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
