Responsibilities:

Leading a talented team of application engineers in the design and implementation of artificial lift systems.

Supporting the sales team in tender preparation for the Middle East region.

Promote the NT and pursue new sales opportunities.

Overseeing project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects, MMF invoicing, financial performance, LD’s….

Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support to optimize system performance.

Engaging and collaborating with clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.

Staying abreast of industry trends and contributing to innovative product development by closely collaborating with the APC R&D team.

Designs ESP solutions for wells, using SubPump software, as per client data.

Analyses and troubleshoots ESP technical problems.

Minimizes ESP failure and improve its run life.

Explore enhancement technologies and new Technologies.
-
Explores enhancement technologies and new innovations to strengthen performance and deliver added value to clients.

Follows up on monthly maintenance invoicing, installation report tickets with clients.
-
Handles daily, weekly, monthly running ESP status monitoring and sends performance reports/ dashboard reports to clients.

Monitors consumption levels of ESP systems spare parts to avoid shortages and communicates replenishment requests to Inventory Manager.

Conducts monthly inventory checks to reconcile discrepancies amongst actual vs. system indicated consumable parts.

Monitors material costs across operations and works to improve Gross Margin (GM) per field through effective cost control and optimization.

Visits with clients periodically to understand and respond to their ESP systems application specs/ requirements and coordinates internal efforts to meet such demands.

Manages and guides field operations staff in all aspects of ESP systems installation, troubleshooting, pre-commissioning and commissioning, and sends commissioning reports to clients, confirming ESP system suitability as per specs.

Monitors daily ESP and well status, collets monthly well data from ESP monitoring tool and analyse data to check ESP performance.

Monitors and leverages ESP installation KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Electrical or Petroleum.
-
Minimum 8 years of experience in ESP oilfield rig and maintenance operations is required, including at least 3 years in ESP Application Engineering.

Previous ESP applications, troubleshooting, installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning experience is required.
-
Previous experience with special engineering software for ESP Design and Well Performance Modelling (subpump) is required.
-
Previous Customer Relationship Management experience is required.
-
Previous Oil and Gas upstream processes’ experience is required.
