Senior Applications Analyst-I/S - Rev Cycle Applications- Days - FT

Responsible for coordination of projects for the systems computer applications. Collaborates with applications analysts, business partners and technical teams to lead applications projects, upgrades, testing, issue resolution and other technical projects. Assesses and recommends new solutions, improvements and enhancements while serving as a technical subject matter expert for multiple organization wide applications. Provides functional and technical support to other Applications Analysts.

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Business Administration or other fields of study or equivalent required experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Business Administration or related field.

Experience: Three (3) years of experience (with degree requirement); Six (6) years (with Associate degree) supporting, implementing, testing, and maintaining business and administrative applications in healthcare business setting.

Preferred Experience: Four (4) years of experience supporting administrative and business applications within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to adapt to new technology and learn new programs quickly, keeps abreast of industry changes. Knowledge of application software and software design and development. Working knowledge of database management, PC applications, policy and procedure development and user education program development. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
