Job Title: Associate/ Senior Associate/ Specialist- (AR)

Shift Time: EST [6:30 PM to 3:30AM]

Role Overview:

The AR Associate, Senior Associate, or Specialist is responsible for managing accounts receivable processes, including claim follow-ups, denial management, and payment collection. This role supports healthcare providers by ensuring timely reimbursement, resolving billing issues, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow up on unpaid claims with insurance payers and patients to ensure timely collections.

Investigate and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and other AR discrepancies.

Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits to support accurate billing.

Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts in RCM systems.

Collaborate with billing and coding teams to address AR-related issues.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and payer-specific guidelines.

(Senior Associate/Specialist) Analyze denial trends and recommend process improvements to reduce AR aging.

(Specialist) Mentor junior team members and handle complex AR cases.

Requirements:

Should hold Bachelor’s degree.

0-3 years of experience in AR or US RCM (Associate: 0-2 years; Senior Associate: 2-3 years; Specialist: 2-4 years; SME: 3-5 years).

Knowledge of medical billing, denial management, and payer policies.

Proficiency in RCM software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, eCW) and MS Office.

(SME) Proven ability to mentor peers and drive process improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
