Senior Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Architect to lead our architectural projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes and codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the architectural design and planning of projects.
• Oversee and review drawings, plans, and specifications prepared by junior architects and consultants.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff.
• Prepare and present project proposals, concepts, and designs to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth execution of designs during construction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in architectural design and project execution (preferably in construction/real estate sector).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹419,041.84 - ₹1,014,243.33 per year
