Senior Architect

We are looking for a Senior Architect with 4- 5 years of strong experience in residential design and a solid understanding of UDCPR (Unified Development Control and Promotion Regulations).

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Proven experience in residential architectural design, from concept to execution.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with UDCPR regulations.
• Strong background in working drawings and site coordination.
• Familiarity with municipal drawings, approvals, and submission processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor.
• Team player who can lead, mentor junior staff, and maintain professional relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
