Senior Architect

Responsibilities of Candidate include:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage architectural projects from conception through completion, often handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, defining project goals, and presenting design proposals.
• Design Development: Create and refine architectural designs, plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD software.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building codes, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with engineers, contractors, consultants, and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, manage budgets, and allocate resources effectively.
• Mentorship: Guide and supervise junior architects and design staff, providing training and support on complex issues.
• Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure quality, and address on-site issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture is typically required.
• Experience: Several years of related experience as an architect are generally necessary.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, SketchUp, Escape, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop and other design tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge: Expertise in construction documentation, sustainable design practices, and building regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
