Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project design and development, from concept to completion.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard software (AutoCAD)
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present creative, practical solutions.
• Oversee project execution, coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
• Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient practices into all designs.

Qualificatio

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects (residential, commercial)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, other relevant tools.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
