Senior Architect

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Architect to join our team. This role involves leading landscape architecture design for public realms, roadways, parks, planning, and infrastructure projects, delivering high-quality and sustainable design solutions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the development of landscape architecture designs, ensuring alignment with project objectives, standards, and client requirements.
• Independently handle complex assignments using advanced landscape architecture principles, design standards, and techniques.
• Develop original design concepts, design criteria, and innovative solutions.
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials, including drawings, renderings, 3D models, and animations.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to CADD Designers/Drafters.
• Prepare shop drawing packages from concept through detailed design, tender, and contract documentation.
• Draft design reports, submissions, and responses to client review comments.
• Manage sensitive and confidential project information.
• Support project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 –8 years of relevant landscape design experience, preferably on large-scale public projects.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
