Senior Architect

We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary Senior Architect with a strong background in building construction to lead the design and execution of high-quality architectural projects.
Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Required
• Master’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or Construction Management – Preferred

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in architecture, with a focus on building construction.
• Proven leadership in delivering end-to-end projects in the residential, commercial, or institutional sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design innovation and technical expertise.

Core Skills & Competencies:

• Mastery of architectural design principles, construction methods, and detailing.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with design-build or turnkey project delivery models.
• Proficiency in 3D rendering tools (Lumion, Enscape, Rhino, V-Ray).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp, and other visualization tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
