Senior Architect

The Senior Architect will lead the design and execution of architectural projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, compliance with codes, and client satisfaction. They will mentor junior staff, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead conceptual and detailed design development for projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.
• Prepare presentations and reports for clients, stakeholders, and management.
• Stay updated with emerging trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D modeling software, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or institutional projects is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5–8 years of architectural experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
• Proven track record in residential, commercial, industrial .
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations, approval processes, and building codes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
