The Senior Architect will lead the design and execution of architectural projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables, compliance with codes, and client satisfaction. They will mentor junior staff, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead conceptual and detailed design development for projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.
- Prepare presentations and reports for clients, stakeholders, and management.
- Stay updated with emerging trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D modeling software, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or institutional projects is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Minimum 5–8 years of architectural experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
- Proven track record in residential, commercial, industrial .
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations, approval processes, and building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
