Nad Al Shiba Engineering Consultants is a reputed multidisciplinary consultancy firm based in Dubai, providing comprehensive architectural, structural, and MEP design and supervision services across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments throughout the UAE.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Architectural Engineer with 10–12 years of experience in the UAE to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both design and site supervision, with the ability to manage architectural works, coordinate with various disciplines, and ensure compliance with design standards and authority regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor architectural works on site to ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review and coordinate architectural designs with structural, MEP, and interior teams.
• Provide technical guidance and design clarifications during project execution.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress and quality reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, etc.).
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and construction issues.
• Support junior architects and site teams to maintain design intent and project timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• 10–12 years of UAE experience in architectural design and site supervision (preferably with consultancy firms).
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, finishing works, and material selection.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
