Senior Architect

Responsibilities:

· Develop architectural design concepts and detailed drawings.

· Prepare shop drawings in coordination with structural and MEP teams.

· Create BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and conduct accurate quantity take-offs.

· Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

· Ensure compliance with local building codes, project standards, and client requirements.

· Propose innovative and practical design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a governmental university.

· Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in design, shop drawings, and BOQ preparation.

· Proficient in 3D max, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.

· Strong knowledge of construction techniques, detailing, and materials.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

· Ability to work remotely with the head office in Saudi Arabia from Egypt.

· Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

· Must have a professional-grade laptop and reliable 24-hour high-speed internet connection.
