Senior Architect

Job Summary:

The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, functionality, and adherence to project requirements. The role involves client coordination, design management, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design development for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Prepare and review conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and working drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design objectives are met.
• Oversee site execution to ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
• Manage design presentations, client meetings, and project documentation.
• Review and approve material selections, finishes, and construction details.
• Ensure projects comply with building codes, statutory regulations, and safety standards.
• Mentor junior architects and guide the design team for smooth project delivery.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to achieve cohesive designs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong conceptual, technical, and visualization skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, or equivalent design tools.
• Thorough understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and design standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• 7–12 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects preferred.
• Registration with the Council of Architecture (COA) is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹429,025.57 - ₹2,018,197.36 per year
