Senior Architect

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Architect to join our team based in Dubai, UAE.

Technically assess contractor s submittals in accordance with relevant discipline-focused strategy and procedures, contract specifications, approved design and undertake reviews of architectural and interior design packages including drawings, specifications and other form of documentation prepared by the client design consultants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
• Ensure the delivery of the contracted Design and Construction Management services to the client.
• Manage and direct the development and maintenance of the program and project schedules for all phases of the project including procurement, planning, design and construction.
• Ensuring compliance with all KEO internal processes and procedures.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15+ years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
