Role Overview

The Senior Architect will lead end-to-end architectural design and coordination for high-end real estate projects, luxury hotels, and mixed-use developments. This role involves concept development, detailed design, stakeholder coordination, design management, and ensuring project delivery aligns with brand, regulatory, and business requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning

• Lead the conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases for hotel, residential, and mixed-use projects.
• Develop architectural drawings, presentations, space plans, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure hotel brand standards are correctly implemented.
• Integrate sustainability, energy efficiency, and green building guidelines (LEED/IGBC/GRIHA).

Project Coordination & Management

• Coordinate with consultants: MEP, structural, interior designers, landscape, and façade specialists.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure alignment with project objectives, cost targets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, vendors, and site teams for design execution.
• Manage RFIs, design clarifications, and technical issue resolution during construction.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure adherence to local building codes, NBC, fire norms, accessibility guidelines, and hotel brand compliance.
• Review and coordinate statutory approvals (building permits, fire NOC, environmental clearance, etc.).

Technical Expertise

• Propose technical solutions, materials, and technologies appropriate for hospitality and high-end real estate.
• Review BOQs, tender documents, and value-engineering options.
• Conduct design audits, site inspections, and quality checks.

Client & Stakeholder Interaction

• Present design concepts and progress updates to clients, hotel operators, and senior management.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into feasible design solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
• 8–12 years of experience with proven work on hotel, residential, or commercial real estate projects.
• Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools, and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent understanding of hospitality brand guidelines and operational planning.
• Strong design sense, attention to detail, and technical knowledge.
• Strong communication, presentation, and team-coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and lead design teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
