Senior Architect

Responsibilities:

· Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.

· Manage all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.

· Prepare and present design proposals to clients, effectively communicating design concepts and solutions.

· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors.

· Mentor and guide the team.

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

· Prepare and present design presentations to clients.

· Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent degree.

· 10+ years of professional experience in architecture and design.

· Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong project management and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Science City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
