Senior ArchitectKey Responsibilities

• Lead conceptual and detailed architectural design for public buildings, institutional projects, and unique cultural projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, renders, walkthroughs.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP teams, and PMC team for project execution.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance.
• Handle client discussions, approvals, and presentations.
• Ensure designs comply with local bye-laws, NBC, and sustainability principles.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of architectural design and detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / Revit, Lumion / Enscape, Photoshop.
• Strong creativity + practical construction knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Experience

• >5 years.

• Senior Architect:

Pay: ₹9,360.02 - ₹30,000.00 per month
