TECHNOLOGY ORGANIZATION OVERVIEW

KKR’s Technology team is responsible for building and supporting the firm’s technological foundation including a globally distributed infrastructure, information security, and the application and data platforms. The team drives a culture of technology excellence across the firm through efficient workflow automation, democratization of data through modern data and collaboration platforms, and more recently through research and development of Generative AI based tools and services. Technology is regarded as a key business enabler at KKR and is an important accelerator to drive towards global scale creation and business process transformation. The Technology team consists of highly technical and business-centric technologists with the ability to form strong partnerships across all of our businesses. A dedicated Program Management function along with the Product Managers drive execution discipline across multiple technology teams with a goal to consistently deliver excellence serving our business needs.


POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Tech Product Lead to partner with stakeholders across Governance, Risk, and Control (GRC) functions—including Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk—and with Technology Engineering teams to design and deliver technology solutions. This role will be critical in shaping the product strategy and execution roadmap for GRC technology needs across both Investment workflows and Enterprise-wide technology platforms. The Product Lead will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering, ensuring alignment, scalability, and impact.


KEY RESPOSNSIBLITIES:

  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  • Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for GRC technology solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and investment workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering leads and delivery teams to design scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
  • Drive prioritization and governance of initiatives, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic outcomes.
  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure GRC solutions are aligned with regulatory expectations, risk frameworks, and enterprise data standards.
  • Monitor adoption and performance of deployed solutions, leveraging data and feedback to inform continuous enhancements.
  • Stay current on emerging trends in GRC technology, regulatory tech (RegTech), and enterprise risk management systems to bring innovation into the roadmap.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 12-15 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technology leadership roles, ideally within financial services or consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise technology solutions for control functions (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Audit, Risk).
  • Strong understanding of Alternatives Investment workflows, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk management frameworks.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams and leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
