Senior Architect

Job Summary:

The Senior Architect will lead design, planning, and execution of projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and compliance with regulations. They will coordinate with clients, teams, and vendors to deliver innovative and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Planning: Develop creative, functional, and sustainable designs aligned with client needs and budgets.
• Project Execution: Oversee drawings, approvals, and coordination with engineers, vendors, and site teams.
• Team Leadership: Guide architects, conduct design reviews, and ensure timely delivery of drawings.
• Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure adherence to building codes, monitor construction, and resolve design issues.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact, conduct presentations, and address client feedback.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master’s in Architecture with 3-4 years of experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
