Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with interior design expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our construction projects, from conceptual design through to completion, ensuring functional, innovative, and visually compelling outcomes that reflect our brand and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural and interior design process for our construction projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Develop innovative design concepts that align with client expectations, project objectives, and site context.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to integrate technical, structural, and interior elements into the overall design.
• Prepare sketches, renderings, 3D models, and presentation materials to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, RERA regulations, and construction standards.
• Review and approve architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and detailing for accuracy and coordination.
• Conduct periodic design reviews to evaluate progress, identify challenges, and propose improvements.
• Stay updated on trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and interior design.
• Foster a collaborative and creative environment that promotes innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 5–6 years of experience in architectural design, with demonstrated interior design experience for construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
• Strong design portfolio highlighting architectural and interior design skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
