Senior Architect

We are looking for a highly capable Architect with mandatory experience in the real estate sector, particularly in residential and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project feasibility studies, master planning, and architectural design development in full compliance with UDCPR and KDMC norms. Key responsibilities include drawing preparation and management (AutoCAD/SketchUp), coordination with structural, MEP, and environmental consultants, and ensuring design alignment with marketing, legal, and execution teams. The role also involves managing authority submissions, GFC drawings, and BOQs, while ensuring timely project delivery, technical accuracy, and design quality. Strong interpersonal skills, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience in real estate design execution are essential.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
